A good analogy to compare the home selling process to is that of a guide on a river rafting trip. If you were to hire a river rafting guide, you'd want to be absolutely sure that your guide not only has a great map of the river (and all of its dangerous obstacles), but that they knew it like the back of their hand and even had contingency plans in place to protect you.

A Champion Real Estate Agent should have a map similar to the one below and have members of their team that are standing by along the process to make sure that it's smooth sailing (or rafting) for you all the way to the finish line (closing table).
